- CAPSAICIN

- Capsaicin is the crystalline powder isolated from the ripe
fruit of capsicum annum Linne (Solanaceae).
Our flowering capsicum plants are grown in China and shipped to Japan
where it is extracted and purified for us. Capsaicin is a white to off-white
crystal, very soluble in ethanol, practically insoluble in water.
